Byron Washington
As President and founder of Tri-Lutions, Byron Washington has over 30 years' experience in the real estate appraisal field. As a Vice-President and Division Manager at Cardinal Federal Savings Bank, Mr. Washington supervised several major real estate departments, including local and national residential appraisals, residential and commercial inspections, and real estate owned departments. He developed and operated residential appraisal training programs, established an Income Property Loan Training Program, and implemented the sale of over $5 million of company owned real estate. Mr. Washington is a State of Ohio Licensed, FHA approved Residential Real Estate Appraiser and is an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute. With his proven leadership abilities and high standards of professional practice, Byron has been a guide and mentor to the other members of the company.
